Virtual Options

Virtual options for those that can't make it physically into the office, including a consultation to determine best service for their needs, movement/pain management, nutrition coaching, and more.


Acupuncture and Recovery

Sessions include multiple components of evaluation (discussion, palpation, and movement analysis) and diagnosis based on findings.

Treatments may include techniques such as needling (dry needling included), electro-acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina, qigong, corrective exercise, and more.


In-Person Coaching/Training

Following a consultation, coaching and/or training may consist of fitness, nutrition, recovery, or a combination of practices to achieve goals through a collaborative plan of action.

Hughston completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Health, Exercise, and Sport Science at The Citadel in Charleston, SC. Afterwards, he completed his Master’s of Acupuncture at Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City. During his studies, he focused on strength and conditioning, corrective exercise and rehabilitation, and application of nutrition in exercise in sport.

He competed for 4 years as a Division I baseball player, as an outfielder, and has more recently competed as a weightlifter in North Carolina.
